General Notary Work

• Acknowledgements (stating you signed the document and understand it) are the most common. You do not have to sign in front of me.
• Oaths/Affirmations (swearing under oath that the statements in the document are true). You DO have to sign in front of me.
• Notarizing documents such as Medical Directives, Power of Attorney, VIN Certification, Living Wills and Trusts, and Apostilles.

Loan Signing Agent

• Walking clients through all types of loan packages such as: a conventional/AR mortgage, refinance, reverse mortgage/HECM, a seller’s package, a HELOC, FHA/VA.
• Guiding clients through every form to ensure their understanding. Such forms could include the Closing Statement, the Note, the Payment Letter, the Grant Deed, the PCOR (if needed), Trust Certification (if needed), Statement of Information, Deed of Trust, the 1003, 4506T, and more.
• Ensure documents arrive perfectly to prevent funding conditions that could result in a lost rate lock.
